Chicken
1. Mix together 1 tin Campbells Soup, 1.5 cups milk, 1 cup sauted mushrooms, 1tsp dill & pepper.
2. Pour mixture in to baking dish and add thawed chicken.
3. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Rice
1. Cook rice as usual (great with white, brown or wild rice), but mix in 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon to rice prior to water boiling.
2. Once rice is cooked, mix in 1/2 cup toasted almonds and 1tbsp chives.
Serve chicken over rice & enjoy!
